Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10/2026
This policy explains what data VPNVO (the Service) processes when providing cross-border network acceleration subscriptions, why it is processed, how long it is kept, and how users can have it deleted. It applies to the pages on this site and to the subscription service itself.
Data We Collect and How We Use It
The Service processes only the data needed to maintain accounts, activate subscriptions and answer support questions. It falls into four categories.
- Account information: signing up requires only a username and password, with no email address. Passwords are stored as irreversible hashes, never in plain text.
- Order and billing records: plan tier, order number, amount, payment status, activation date and expiry date, used to activate the subscription, reset monthly traffic on the activation date, calculate prorated upgrade charges and process refunds.
- Usage statistics: the amount of traffic used in each billing cycle, shown as the remaining balance on the plan. It does not involve what you access.
- Tickets and replies: the problem description and messages a user submits, used to diagnose and answer the issue.
Page analytics record only aggregate information such as page views, referring page, device and browser type, and approximate region. It is used to find broken pages and troubleshoot faults, not to build personal profiles.
No-logs Stance and Connection Records
- The Service does not record which websites users visit, does not store the contents of DNS queries and does not keep connection session details. The routes only forward packets and do not inspect their contents.
- To keep the service running, the system generates a small amount of operational data: connection start and end times, per-account traffic totals, and load on each route. This data is used for traffic billing, capacity planning and fault diagnosis, and is not linked to specific destinations.
- Operational data is purged on a rolling basis under the periods set out in Data Retention and Deletion below; once a billing cycle ends, only aggregate figures remain.
- When a user opens a ticket to troubleshoot a connection problem, they may be asked for an approximate time and the route used. That information is used only within that ticket and is removed with it once the case is closed.
Cookies and Local Storage
- This site uses cookies to remember your language preference and keep you signed in. Clearing cookies means choosing a language again and signing in again.
- Browser local storage holds the login token and interface preferences, such as the plan cycle you last viewed, so you stay signed in when you return to the page.
- The analytics script records page views within this site only. It does not track you across sites and is not used for advertising.
- You can clear this site's cookies and local storage in your browser settings at any time. Your subscription stays active; just sign in again to continue.
Third-party Payment Processing
- Subscriptions are paid via Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT, and the charge is handled by the corresponding payment channel.
- The Service never sees or stores card numbers, payment passwords or security codes. It only receives the payment result: order number, amount and payment status.
- USDT transfers are confirmed against on-chain transaction records; the only details needed for confirmation are the transaction hash and the amount.
- Refunds follow the 7-day no-questions-asked policy: the money goes back to the original payment channel, and how long it takes to arrive depends on that channel.
Data Retention and Deletion
- Account information and order records are kept for as long as the account exists. Order and billing records are kept for the period needed to complete reconciliation, refunds and dispute handling, then deleted or anonymised.
- Usage statistics roll over with each billing cycle; expired detail is not retained, only aggregate figures.
- Deletion: sign in and submit a ticket from the user panel to request account closure. Once closure is complete, account information, subscription configuration and ticket records are deleted within a reasonable period, except for billing records that must be retained by law.
- Clearing browser data does not delete your account; it only signs you out. The account itself still has to be closed via a ticket.
Policy Updates and Contact
- When the policy changes, the Last updated date at the top of this page is changed with it. Material changes to what data is collected or how it is used will be announced in the site announcements or in the panel after you sign in.
- If you have questions about this policy, or need to access, correct or delete your data, submit a ticket; requests are handled in the order received.
- This policy does not cover third-party sites reached from this site; their own policies govern how they handle data. For billing and refund details related to subscriptions, see the Terms of Use.
