Terms & Rules

Terms of Service

Last updated: 10/2026

These terms set out the agreement between VPNVO (referred to as “the Service”) and subscribers for use of the cross-border network acceleration subscription service. Creating an account, purchasing a plan or using the client means you have read and agree to all of these terms; if you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the service.

Service scope and coverage

The service provides cross-border network acceleration subscriptions: 120+ countries / 150+ routes, with clients for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Subscriptions are billed by period and by data. Monthly plans come in three tiers — ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB and ¥28/month with 500GB — with data resetting each month on the activation date. Data packs are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB, used until exhausted and never expiring.

  • The specific regions, cities and route types available (direct / relay / IEPL dedicated) are listed on the servers page and in the client; routes may be adjusted, added or removed according to operating conditions.
  • The service scope does not cover the user's local network environment, carrier-side faults, or the regional restrictions and access policies of destination websites themselves.

Account and subscription rules

Registration requires only a username and password — no email address. Account credentials are held by the account holder, and any charges or losses arising from leaked credentials or use by others are borne by the account holder.

  • One subscription supports unlimited simultaneous devices, but is limited to the account holder's own everyday use and that of their household.
  • Reselling, renting out or lending a subscription is prohibited, as is sharing an account for profit or using a subscription to provide proxy or acceleration services to others.
  • Automated scripts for bulk registration or bulk trial claims, or any other attempt to farm data or time, are prohibited.
  • Where abnormal use is detected, the service may ask for verification of account ownership, or suspend the subscription first and explain the reason.

Acceptable use requirements

Users must use the service within what is permitted by the laws and regulations of their location, and are responsible for their own use of the service.

  • It must not be used to infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other lawful rights of others.
  • It must not be used to spread illegal content, mount network attacks, send spam, commit fraud or for any other unlawful purpose.
  • Users must not interfere with, probe or attack the service's routes and servers, or circumvent billing and rate-limiting mechanisms.

Account suspension or termination resulting from prohibited use is handled under the refund section of these terms.

Service availability and limits of liability

The service continually improves route quality and connection success rates, but is provided as is, with no guarantee of specific bandwidth or latency at any given moment, or of access to any particular third-party website.

  • Where interruptions are caused by force majeure, carrier policy changes, submarine cable faults, upstream data centre maintenance or similar, the service will restore connectivity as soon as possible but is not liable for indirect losses arising from it.
  • Any consequences of a user's breach of local laws and regulations or of these terms are borne by the user.
  • Before relying on the service for anything important, test route availability yourself and keep a local fallback in place.

Billing, refunds and subscription changes

Refund commitment

A full refund, no questions asked, can be requested within 7 days of the first payment.

Refunds are returned via the original payment channel, and how quickly they arrive depends on the processing cycle of Alipay / WeChat / USDT. The full list of plans and prices is on the plans page.

  • Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date; if you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days.
  • Data packs are used until exhausted and never expire; they do not take part in the periodic reset and do not lapse when a monthly subscription ends.
  • Renewal prices are those actually shown for the plan in the user panel.

Account termination and changes to these terms

  • Users may stop using the service at any time; fees already paid are handled under the refund terms.
  • In cases of serious violations, resale or sharing, attacks on routes, or prolonged non-payment, the service may terminate the relevant account and reserves the right to pursue liability.
  • These terms may be updated as the service changes; updates are published on this page with the month of the last update noted, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

If you have questions about these terms, submit them through the ticket entry in the user panel, or read the process notes in the full guide first.
